Our mini cajons are only 15% the size of a regular cajón, yet they possess all the features of a full-sized one. Thanks to the use of an amplifier, these instruments surpass standard cajóns in both volume and sound quality. Each portable cajón features a double-sided design: one side with a snare and the other with a shaker. The snare side produces precise "slap" sounds, while the shaker side creates continuous "ghost notes" to help establish the basic rhythm. Our instruments are crafted from natural wood, with a rubberwood body and Baltic birch playing boards – the global standard for high-quality cajón instruments. The Cajon Majon is a unique percussion instrument ideal for stage performances, band accompaniment, or spontaneous jam sessions. Weighing less than 1 kg, it's easily portable for use in various settings, such as work, nature, or when visiting friends. A Stompbox allows a performer, such as a singer or guitar player, to create a simple rhythmic self-accompaniment.
